If you’re a nature lover, Cottonwood Falls is the place for you. This beautiful destination offers a number of outdoor activities for visitors to enjoy. You can check out the Blazin’ M Ranch, Myriad Botanical Gardens, Crystal Bridge Tropical Conservatory, and Cottonwood Recreation Center.

Blazin’ M Ranch

If you love the cowboy life, you’ll love the Blazin’ M Ranch in Cottonwood Falls. The ranch features a nine-hole putt-putt golf course, a bungee jumping pad, a remote-control car racing track, and a bounce house. The Blazin’ M Ranch has won the hearts of local chambers of commerce, which has praised the resort’s entertainment offerings. It also has a shooting gallery and roping lessons.

The Blazin’ M Ranch is located adjacent to Dead Horse Ranch State Park. You can enjoy a chuckwagon supper, an hour-long Western stage production, and shop for souvenirs. The ranch is full of fun and educational activities, including Old-Tyme photographs, a roping lesson, and a vintage tractor pull. Guests can even sit in a chuckwagon for a western-style barbecue dinner.

Myriad Botanical Gardens

For more than 30 years, the Myriad Botanical Gardens in Cottonwood falls, Oklahoma has offered a unique and beautiful setting to visitors. This garden offers a beautiful playground for kids and a relaxing place for adults to enjoy nature. There are also several events held here, and the gardens are pet friendly.

Visitors can enjoy an outdoor concert or a relaxing stroll through the gardens. Throughout the year, the gardens feature seasonal events and classes. There are even annual children’s festivals where children can experience the beauty of plants. Whether you’re a nature lover or a history buff, you’re sure to find something to make your visit to the Myriad Botanical Gardens a memorable one.

Crystal Bridge Tropical Conservatory

If you’re a fan of tropical plants, Crystal Bridge Tropical Conservatory is worth a visit. The conservatory is home to more than 2,000 varieties. It is divided into two distinct zones, with the south end featuring a waterfall and a tropical wet zone.

The Conservatory includes a plant display area of 13,000 square feet. It is divided into two zones – a Tropical Dry Zone and a Tropical Wet Zone. The project was funded in part by the Inasmuch Foundation, the Devon Energy Corp., and the Jean and David McLaughlin Foundation. The architectural design of the Conservatory was created by Murase and Associates. The exhibits were created by ADG.

The Conservatory is now closed for renovations, but the renovations will be complete by fall 2022. The Myriad Botanical Gardens is another Project 180 success story. Located in Oklahoma City, it is a 17-acre oasis that has offered natural beauty to the city for 30 years. The Crystal Bridge Tropical Conservatory was designed by renowned architect I. M. Pei and is considered one of the city’s most popular landmarks.

The new Tropical Conservatory will include interpretive signage, exhibits, educational programming, and a Myriad Gift Shop. These improvements reflect the Gardens’ mission of horticultural education and conservation. It will reopen for public viewing on Nov. 18-20, with special hours from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Cottonwood Recreation Center

The Cottonwood Recreation Center is a local favorite for its diverse range of recreation opportunities. It features an indoor leisure pool, fitness training room, and a climbing wall. The facilities are open all year round. The center also hosts a variety of exercise classes, including cycling and aquatics.
